Begin Wood Carving with an Xacto Blade! You don't need fancy (and expensive tools) to get started whittling. Brian will show you how to carve an owl using just two tools: a pencil and an Xacto blade. If you're new to wood carving and whittling and not sure where to start out, this is the carving tutorial for you!

Xacto blades are also great for getting started in scrimshaw, so we'll probably be doing a video on that soon as well.
